How long can I use the downloaded themes and plugins?

There is no time limit on usage.

You can use downloaded GPL themes and plugins for as long as you like, including on personal and client websites. Access to future updates is typically provided for a limited period based on your purchase or plan.

Will I receive automatic updates?

No. GPL products do not include license keys, so automatic updates are not available.

To update a product, you must download the latest version from WPXStore and update it manually. If you require automatic updates, you must purchase the product directly from the original developer.

Do I receive support from the original developer?

No. Original developers do not provide support for redistributed GPL products.

WPXStore provides limited support related to installation guidance, manual updates, and basic usage questions. We do not offer custom development, bug fixes, or feature modifications.

Can I request a new product or an updated version?

Yes. You may submit requests for new GPL-licensed products or updated versions.

While we cannot guarantee availability or timelines, we do our best to review and add requested items whenever possible.

How many websites can I use a theme or plugin on?

There is no limit.

Fixing the error: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”

This error usually occurs when the incorrect ZIP file is uploaded.

Often, the downloaded ZIP contains multiple files. You need to extract it and locate the actual installable theme file, usually named something like themename.zip.

Make sure:

  • Themes are installed under Appearance → Themes
  • Plugins are installed under Plugins → Add New
  • Only ZIP files are uploaded

How to install or update WordPress themes and plugins

Download the ZIP file from your account
Extract the file if required
For updates, installing the newer version will replace the old one without affecting settings
Go to Appearance → Themes for themes
Go to Plugins → Add New for plugins
Click Upload, select the ZIP file, and click Install Now
Activate after installation completes

How to install Elementor template kits

Download the template kit ZIP file without extracting it
Go to Settings → Permalinks, select Post Name, and save
Install and activate the Hello Elementor theme
Install and activate the Elementor plugin
Enable Flexbox Container in Elementor settings if required
Install and activate the Envato Elements plugin
Go to Elements → Installed Kits and upload the ZIP file
Install required plugins when prompted
Templates will then appear inside Elementor for customization

Unable to download after purchasing?

Make sure you are logged in using the same email address used during checkout.

Once logged in, eligible products will display a zero price. Add them to your cart, complete checkout, and you will be able to download them immediately.
